Scope Limitations: Analysis is limited to explicitly agreed scope
Implementation: Client is responsible for implementing recommendations
Code Changes: Modifications after audit may introduce new vulnerabilities

• Wire Transfer

Refund Policy: No refunds after work commencement. Pre-commencement cancellations may receive refunds at our discretion.

5. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkirkLabs shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses from security exploits
• Loss of funds, tokens, or digital assets
• Business interruption or lost profits
• Regulatory penalties or compliance issues
• Damages from undiscovered vulnerabilities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
